Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping (Poland): 3–5 business days
- Express shipping (Poland): 1–2 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
Restrictions: Due to the nature of pyrotechnic products, shipping is subject to applicable national and EU regulations. Some products may not be available for delivery to certain countries or regions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products are legal in their country of residence.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via [carrier name/link].
Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside Poland, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at email within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
